Meet Luan Blancher
Luan Blancher has proudly called Wyoming home for the past 12 years. Deeply committed to her community, she has built strong relationships with local leaders and served as a member of the Wyoming Primary Schools Building Steering Committee. She has also led a girls’ adolescent strength and fitness class at the Wyoming Rec Center, helping them to build healthy habits and confidence.
